PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
 
Pectinase is made from fine aspergillus Niger by ZEAPLANT Biotechnology Co.,Ltd., produced through solid fermentation technology and post-treatment technology, and is widely used in feed.Pectinase is the general name of various enzymes that synergistically decompose pectin, containing pectinesterase, hydrolytic enzyme and lyase, which can eliminate the anti-nutritional effect of pectin in plant feed materials and improve the utilization rate of nutrient digestion.This product can be used in the formula of full price feed of pig, chicken and other livestock and poultry, and also can be used as raw material of compound enzyme preparation of livestock and poultry.
 
MECHANISM AND BENEFITS
  • Decomposition of hemicellulose and pectin in plant feed, partial degradation of plant cell wall polysaccharide, release of the nutrients
  • Reduce the viscosity of chyme, promote intestinal motility, facilitate the full mixing of digestive enzymes and nutrients, improve the digestion and absorption of nutrients
  • Improve the digestibility of dry matter and release amount of reducing sugar, improve animal production performance and enhance animal immunity
  • Expand the use of feed materials such as cotton meal and coconut meal to reduce the feed cost

 

WORKING MECHANISM
 
Pectinase mainly includes Polygalacturonase(PG),Polyqalacturoniclyase(PGL),Polymethyl galacturonase(PMGL) and pectin esterase (PE), by destroying D - glycosidic bond between galacturonic acid, and pectin molecular structure, to make the plant source of pectin degradation (antinutritional factors) for the Oligogalacturonide acid and small amounts of galacturonic acid and other small molecular substances,so as to achieve lower feed viscosity, improving animal digestion and absorption rate of plant nutrient source of feed raw materials,thus improve animal growth performance.
 
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE 

Based on 50000u/g product,it is recommended to add 10-30g/T in the full price material,and the amount of adding in the concentrated material and premix material shall be converted according to the corresponding proportion.
